**Requirements**:

- _**Expertise with Chemistry concepts/topics at the school level (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)**_

- Knack for thinking like a primary-grade student
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry (MSc/BSc Chem)
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry (MSc/BSc Biochem)
- Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethics and high work quality standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating/curating content and scripts (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)
- Getting familiarised with audit templates and parameters
- Internalising the above to analyse and assess the quality of content delivery
- Working with experienced in-house SMEs to create/curate academic content
- Shadowing other team leaders to understand and to get familiarised with academic creation blueprints
- Presenting mental versatility to be able to think like a 2nd grader
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time, in concurrence with team members and other leaders
