We're a dynamic digital marketing agency looking for a charismatic and versatile Content Creator to join our team. You'll be the face of our brand (and sometimes our clients' brands), creating compelling video content that captivates viewers and drives results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceive, produce, and host live video content across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Live, TikTok).
- Develop engaging and informative scripts, outlines, and talking points for live streams and on-camera appearances.
- Conduct live interviews, Q&As, and interactive sessions with guests and viewers.
- Film and edit high-quality video content, including behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, product demos, and more.
- Provide professional voiceovers for videos, ensuring clear and engaging delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign goals and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging video platforms.
- Manage and moderate live stream chats, fostering a positive and interactive community.
- Analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to content strategy.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience creating and hosting live video content, ideally with a portfolio showcasing on-camera presence and voiceover skills.
- Excellent on-camera presence, with a confident and engaging personality.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to live situations.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and live streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media marketing and community management.
- A passion for creating high-quality, impactful video content.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in a specific niche or industry relevant to our clients (e.g., technology, fashion, lifestyle).
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools.

**Equipment**:
