Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Content Creator. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing the content for our website and social media channels. This includes writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, and posts for our social media channels. The Content Creator will also work closely with our marketing team to create engaging marketing materials and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
Need to be social media savvy

Bold and confident in front of the camera

Followers and good content on his/her channel will be an added advantage

Presentable and good communication skills are a must

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Creators needs to have experience of writing these type of content:

- Short-form video scripts
- Long-form video scripts
- Graphic design
- Copywriting
- Long blogs
- Social media posts
- Stroyline writeups

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, study and brand understanding: Understand brand/industry need for writing the content, Study and research well where the focus is on engaged content which is storytelling based.
- Ideate, capture and post visual content: This can include photos, memes, videos and graphics. But there’s typically a heavy video focus in creator roles. After all, We will be working with brands and creators on videos mostly. 80% of consumers think short-form video is the most engaging type of content according to Experts
- Deep understanding of social platforms: Especially important for platform-specific content creators. But for anyone crafting social content, knowing each platform aids in creating more impactful content and even achieving wider distribution.
- Staying on top of trends: Make sure to follow the tools, platforms and trends in content industry where we can create spreadd our brand outstanding content as well as for our brands and creators
- Creative storytelling: At the end of the day, content needs to tell a story. And content creators are storytellers by nature.
- Cross-team collaboration: This might include working with several teams on story development or to receive feedback.
- Creators / Brands content strategies: Based on individual personality or brand, keep the diversity, maturity and creativity in the content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
