**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Develop and create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas and campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Research industry-related topics and generate fresh ideas for content creation.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and reach.
- Create and edit videos, graphics, and multimedia content for use across social media platforms.
- Track performance metrics for content and campaigns, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports overall marketing strategies.

**Desired profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and basic knowledge of SEO.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their content requirements.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (Photoshop, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
