We are looking for a creative and talented Reel Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content, primarily Reels, for our social media platforms. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging concepts that resonate with our target audience, ensuring the brand stays relevant and connected with its followers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand’s growth through innovative content creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reel Creation: Develop and produce captivating Reels that align with our brand’s voice and messaging.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for Reels, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and shareable.
- Filming and Editing: Use professional equipment and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to film, edit, and finalize Reels.
- Audio Selection: Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of Reels to identify key metrics and optimize future content.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketers, designers, and copywriters to create cohesive and compelling content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating and editing short-form video content, particularly Reels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Excellent video editing skills, with proficiency in editing apps or software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Creativity with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with camera equipment and lighting techniques is a plus.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of graphic design or animation.
- Experience with social media strategy and content planning.
- Ability to script and write engaging captions for Reels.
