**Position: Sales and Client Acquisition Executive - Façade Sales**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure façade contracts
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (design, estimation, and execution) to align on deliverables
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability to senior management

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in the **façade, architectural, or construction sector** is preferred
- A technical qualification in **engineering, architecture**, or related fields will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Jaipur construction and real estate market is desirable
