We are looking for an energetic IT sales executive to help drive our sales, grow the business and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals This role requires a strong understanding of staff augmentation, experience with lead generation techniques, and proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for IT products and services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our IT solutions.
- Create and submit detailed proposals and quotations to clients. Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **2+** years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on staff augmentation, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead generation tools.
- Strong IT sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sales techniques specific to the IT industry and staffing solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online lead generation strategies.
