**Job Title: Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging and interactive spoken English classes to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to the specific needs and goals of individual students.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress over time.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various soft skills topics, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency and develop their soft skills.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a supportive and enriching learning environment for students.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and soft skills training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- Passion for helping others learn and grow, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the institute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
