**Position Background**: Inspiroz is searching for a Dispatcher Executive to join our team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible is to monitor the ticketing portal and assign the new tickets to appropriate resources.
- Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
- Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily
- Make decisions quickly, often with limited information
- Review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team
- Process handoffs between teams and team members
- Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members
- Take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 0-1 year of customer service experience as a Dispatcher
- Possess great attention to details.
- Knowledge on IT based solutions will be an added advantage
- **Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights, Rotational week-off.**
