**Cleaning & Hygiene**:

- Ensure all kitchen and bar utensils, cookware, glasses, plates, and cutlery are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Regularly clean and sanitize all kitchen and bar surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment, ensuring that they are used safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and chemicals are available and in good condition.

**Stock Management**:

- Ensure that all required kitchen and bar supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Help with the delivery and proper storage of stock items.

**Assisting the Kitchen and Bar Staff**:

- Provide assistance to the kitchen and bar team as needed, including carrying supplies, delivering clean items to appropriate stations, and other tasks as requested.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen or bar area before and after service hours.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all cleaning practices adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

**General Support**:

- Assist with basic food prep or drink preparation when needed (under the direction of kitchen/bar staff).
- May occasionally assist with table clearing and general cleanliness in the dining and bar areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
