Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

**Responsibilities**:
- Invoice Processing:
- Receive and review invoices from vendors for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
- Payment Processing:
- Prepare and process payments (e.g., checks, wire transfers, ACH) for approved invoices within established payment terms.
- Reconcile payment records and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
- Vendor Management:
- Maintain vendor accounts, including updating vendor information, reviewing vendor statements, and resolving payment issues.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, inquiries, and discrepancies in a professional manner.
