**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Manage and expand sales within assigned territories or client portfolios.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **FMCG sales, events catering, or traditional sales**.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in FMCG.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
