**Job Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct market surveys to gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and product demand.

2.Perform confidential audits by visiting businesses as a mystery shopper, evaluating service quality, pricing, and operational standards.

3.Inspect retail stores, franchises, or service centers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

4.Collect and analyze data to provide detailed reports on market conditions and business performance.

5.Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth.

6.Report findings accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.

7.Meet sales targets by promoting company services/products based on survey insights.

**Required Skills**:
1.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2.Ability to travel frequently for field visits.

3.Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.

4.Self-motivated and able to work independently.
