**Job Summary**: The Business Development Executive (BDE) Government Business is responsible for driving business growth within the government sector for IT hardware and networking solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with government agencies, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The BDE will work closely with key government stakeholders and internal teams to align products and solutions with government requirements. Key Responsibilities:
**1. Business Development & Sales Strategy**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the government sector, focusing on IT hardware and networking products.
- Research and analyze government tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQs (Request for Quotations) for relevant opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, procurement departments, and public sector organizations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand government requirements, competition, and emerging trends in the IT hardware and networking sector.
- Develop strategies to position the companys products and services effectively in the government market.

**2. Tender Management**:

- Respond to government tenders, including preparing bid documents, technical presentations, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of government procurement processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for government clients, providing consultative support, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored IT hardware and networking solutions.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations.

**4. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to government regulations, contracts, and procurement laws.

**5. Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on government policies, funding programs, and IT-related initiatives that could influence the procurement of IT hardware and networking solutions.
- Attend government-related conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish industry presence and stay informed on trends.

**6. Skills & Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE (IT/CSE/ECE)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT hardware and networking industry. Prior experience working with government contracts is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking solutions, and related technologies. Knowledge of IT hardware products such as servers, storage devices, routers, switches, firewalls and security solutions.
- Tendering Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes, e-tendering systems, and compliance regulations (GeM, DGS&D, etc.).
- Marketing Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Location: Ability to travel as required for client meetings, tenders, and events.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
