**What You’ll Do**
- As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will contribute to the long-range growth of Torry Harris by recruiting the best IT professionals from the industry.
- Help to build diverse engineering teams through tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Provide market intelligence on job market trends.
- Share real-time market data with Talent Acquisition, HR, and delivery team

- Prior experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring, software engineers from a high-growth technology.
- You stay current on market trends in the tech community, and leverage that data to influence your recruitment strategy and hiring decisions.
- Have experience meeting exceptional hiring goals in a metric-driven organization.
- You obsess about maintaining data quality and integrity.
- You enjoy solving problems, iterating on processes, and constantly thinking about ways to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing job market.
