Advance Production planning and control to get on time production and always
ready to deal and transform breakdown into breakthrough
- Arrange raw material as per SOP according to normal days and festival days and
ensuring the quality and quantity check as per formula
- Providing enough time before production
- Ensure raw material is available as per production planning
- Planning the production as per their delivery schedule.
- Ensure production deadlines are met and quantity and quality delivered as
planned on time.
- Manage QA & QC of the during production
- Coordinating with Logistic department to ensure timely delivery of finished
products to the retailers.
- Making and sending necessary reports to management
- Managing daily morning meetings with production department and sharing the
day plan with management on daily basis on time
- Ensure all SOPs of production departments are getting followed and update
management of any deviations and if SOPs not prepared for any process or activity
then needs to formulate the same.
- Should suggest management on best practices in the industry practically required
- Ensure preventive maintenance is done with all equipments to avoid breakdown
- Randomly checked quality, randomly check, checked and verified stock in
warehouse
- Prepare second line so that work doesn’t affects in his / her absence
- Managing product development and improvement for the product
- Should be open to accept any unforeseen tasks related to production
- Getting work done in quantity, quality in calculated time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
