**Job Summary**:
The Patient Counselor serves as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their treatment journey. They provide detailed information about procedures, address patient concerns, and help patients make informed decisions, while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience at the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Explain various skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments offered at the clinic.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand patient needs and expectations.
- Guide patients regarding treatment options, costs, procedures, and outcomes.
- Build trust and rapport to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for seamless patient flow.
- Follow up with patients post-consultation and maintain treatment schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of consultations, follow-ups, and patient feedback.
- Promote treatment packages and offers when applicable.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in science, healthcare, or a related field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a counseling or front desk role, preferably in a clinic or hospital.
- Good knowledge of dermatology and cosmetic treatments (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with strong convincing skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Proficient in using CRM or clinic software tools.

**Work Environment**:

- Professional grooming and appearance required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per clinic requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
