**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for offering guidance and support to students pursuing various competitive exams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, developing personalized study plans, monitoring student progress, organizing seminars and workshops, and providing motivational support. The Counselor will work closely with faculty members to ensure students receive comprehensive guidance.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in developing personalized study plans and monitoring progress
- Experience in organizing seminars, workshops, and providing motivational support
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members
- Excellent knowledge of competitive exams like MPPSC, SSC, Banking, and VYAPAM
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience as a Counselor is a plus
- Empathetic and patient approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
