We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in choosing the right digital marketing courses and programs offered by our academy. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their careers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and counseling to students and professionals interested in enrolling in digital marketing courses.
- Conduct informational sessions and presentations to promote our academy's programs and offerings.
- Assist prospective students in understanding course curriculum, admission requirements, and career prospects.
- Address inquiries and concerns from students regarding course content, scheduling, fees, etc.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to track student progress and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing to provide accurate information and advice to students.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry trends is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring sucessful achievement of the target and objectives end of the month.
- Ready to dedicate at least one year to the company.

**Notes**:

- Immediate joiner.
- Work from office.
- Relocate to Indore.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
