Travel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- **Booking and Coordination**: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage client information, process payments, and handle travel documentation efficiently.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have before, during, and after their travel experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems
