Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Learn any CRM software according to the requirements.
- Always open to learning new skills based on requirements.
- Documentation, research, and understanding of AI tools.
- Manage administrative records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures

Requirement:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP).
- Document creation and management.
- Presentation creation and delivery.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn new tools and software as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Shift Time: 12 noon to 9pm, 7pm to 4am, 9pm to 6am
