**Job Title**: Placement Executive
**Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and committed **Placement Executive** to join our team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing and supporting student placements in **Pune and Indore**, working closely with our students, employers, and internal teams to ensure successful career outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Placement Coordination**: Lead placement activities for students in both Pune and Indore locations.
- **Travel Readiness**: If based in Indore, must be willing and comfortable with frequent travel to Pune via bus or train.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with corporates, HR leaders, and industry partners to open new placement opportunities.
- **Event Management**: Organize and execute key initiatives including Alumni Meets, HR Meets, and CEO Summits targeted at industry engagement and networking.
- **Student Support**: Guide and support students throughout the placement process including resume building, interview prep, and career counseling.
- **Team Collaboration**: Actively assist during sourcing drives by helping with student outreach, interviews, telecalling, and occasional house visits.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Support other operational and coordination activities as required from time to time by the office.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Preferred Background**: TPOs (Training & Placement Officers) from colleges will be a strong fit given their student management and corporate liaison experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with student career development or education domain is a plus.
