
Training & Placement Field Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Industry & Employer Engagement:
- Visit companies to understand hiring needs & build partnerships. Coordinate with HR teams to organize placement drives, job fairs & campus recruitments. Conduct market research to identify new job opportunities.
3. Placement Drives & Campus Recruitment:
- Plan & execute campus placements in collaboration with colleges. Organize job fairs & walk-in interviews. Maintain a database of job seekers & track placement success.
4. Field Visits & Networking:
- Travel to colleges, companies & job expos for placement coordination. Attend HR summits & build connections with recruitment agencies.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of placements, employer feedback & job openings. Prepare reports & ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
A Master's degree (MBA in HR or Marketing) is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies**:
1. Strong communication & networking skills (for company visits & campus drives).
2. Ability to travel for placement-related fieldwork.
3. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes & job market trends.
4. Interpersonal skills to connect with students, colleges, and recruiters.

Please note: A personal bike or two-wheeler is required for local travel
