**Placement Executive**

**Location**:Thane

**Department**:(Industry Interface) Training & Placement Cell

**Role Overview**

The Placement Executive will support the Placement Team in managing and executing student

placement and internship activities. The role involves coordinating with students, faculty, and

industry partners to ensure smooth placement operations and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Placement Team in planning and executing placement and internship activities.
- Generate vacancies by identifying new opportunities and reaching out to industry partners.
- Coordinate with students for resume collection, and updates.
- Maintain student databases, placement trackers, and generate regular reports.
- Communicate with companies for scheduling interviews, campus drives, and follow-ups.
- Support in organizing pre-placement talks, mock interviews, resume workshops, and
- grooming sessions.
- Track and monitor student participation in interviews and internships.
- Ensure timely collection of placement proofs, attendance records, and internship confirmations.
- Assist in preparing monthly placement reports for management review.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask and manage student queries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good data management and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team player.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management / HR / Education / Any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination / HR / training / student services (fresher’s with strong skills may also apply).

**Work Environment**
- Full-time, on-campus role.
- Requires interaction with students, faculty, and external stakeholders (industry partners, recruiters, etc.).
- Occasional travel for placement drives and industry visits.
