**As a Placement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our program participants with meaningful job opportunities.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Employer Engagement**:

- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential employers, businesses, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the NGO and employers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Placement Coordination**:

- Work closely with program participants to assess their skills, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Match participants with suitable job opportunities based on their profiles and employer requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both participants and employers.
- **Support and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance and support to participants during the placement period.
- Act as a mentor, addressing any challenges or concerns participants may face in their new roles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of the job market, employment trends, and industry requirements.
- Commitment to the NGO's mission and values.
