HR Placement Executive

The HR Placement Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate partners, arranging student placement drives, and preparing students for interviews and career opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with trainers to ensure students meet industry expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong corporate relations to secure placement opportunities forstudents.Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills developmentCoordinate with trainers to assess student skill levels and readiness for placementsMaintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for managementArrange guest lectures, industrial visits, and career counseling sessionsTrack industry trends and align training programs with market needsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong networking ability with corporate HRs and recruitersUnderstanding of IT recruitment processesExperience in student counseling and career guidanceGood organizational and event management skillsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.Freshers to 5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR roles (preferably in the education/training industry)Proven track record in securing placements for students/freshers
