Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Placement Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kick-start their career in human resources and recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and selecting the best talent for our organization. Responsibilities - Source and identify potential candidates for various job openings. - Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit. - Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate information. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Conduct reference checks and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. - Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. - Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization.
