**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role requires a hands-on approach, leading the site workforce, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Construction Work**: Monitor and supervise all construction activities to ensure they are carried out as per the approved plans and schedules.
- **Workforce Management**: Assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and ensure that the labour force is working efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in compliance with project standards, specifications, and approved construction drawings.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety standards on the site and ensure compliance with local and company health and safety regulations.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain daily work logs, prepare site reports, and update the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and any potential delays.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage equipment and material inventory, ensuring that the site is adequately stocked with necessary resources.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address site issues, including technical challenges, material shortages, or unexpected delays, and implement effective solutions.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure adherence to building codes, labor regulations, and other legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in residential building projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
- **Software Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role requires working at the construction site in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
