As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction/installation activities on-site, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project plans and safety standards. You will serve as the main point of contact between site workers, project managers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, identifying any potential issues and resolving them quickly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project-specific guidelines
- Oversee the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel
- Prepare and submit site reports, including daily progress reports, work schedules, and incident reports
- Manage site documentation, including safety records, permits, and inventory logs
- Provide clear communication between site teams, contractors, and management
- Address any client concerns or changes in project scope

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
