**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring they are performed according to the project plan.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Inspect work quality and progress, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage and schedule the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project.
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify and rectify potential safety hazards.
- Maintain clear communication between site workers and office staff, providing regular progress updates.
- Resolve site issues and conflicts swiftly to prevent delays.
- Keep detailed records of project activities, material usage, and labor hours.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
