**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Assist guests in choosing menu items and provide recommendations.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee the order-taking process and ensure accuracy in food and beverage orders.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating arrangements to accommodate incoming guests.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards before being served to guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
- Address any issues related to food presentation or service promptly.
- **Upselling and Revenue Generation**:

- Encourage upselling of menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Familiarize staff with menu offerings and pricing to facilitate suggestive selling.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of service staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service protocols.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with regular guests and ensure personalized service.
- Solicit feedback from guests and address any concerns or complaints proactively.
- Maintain a database of guest preferences and special occasions for future reference.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,159.92 - ₹26,263.18 per month
