**About the role**

We are looking for a sales trainer to join our forward-thinking Learning and development team based in Gurgaon.

**What you'll do**
- Conceptual and creative ability to help the organization & the process by sharing new, innovative and effective ideas for improvement
- Delivering onboarding and refresher trainings on sales / soft skills / Process related topics
- Being a mentor/coach to consultants and track their progress on regular basis via call monitoring and providing timely feedback to them.
- Identifying fatal & non-fatal errors impacting the process & take corrective/ preventive action
- Escalating issues that hamper the process
- Actively participate in buddy program / OJT
- Stakeholder management - coordinating closely with TLs / HR / Training team on the progress of consultants

**Desired profile**:

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Training / L&D / Quality role / Voice based / Tele Sales coaching process
- Excellent English skills - Grammar, Spoken, Sentence framing, Comprehension etc.
- Excellent adaptability to change.
- Ability to learn and understand end to end processes.
- Ability to adapt to new software and/ or procedures as required.
- Ability to follow instructions and make decisions based on instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal, written and visual manner.
- Time management/ prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Follow the directions in relation to changes to checklists, policy and procedures.
