**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on various Odoo modules, including sales, accounting, inventory, and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations and user manuals, to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assess training needs and provide recommendations on how to improve the use of Odoo's functionalities.
- Assist in the design and implementation of customized Odoo solutions for clients, as required.
- Work with the technical team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other trainers and managers to continuously improve the quality of the training program.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo's various modules and their interconnectivity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials, such as presentations and user manuals.
- Ability to assess training needs and provide recommendations on how to improve the use of Odoo's functionalities.
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based systems.
- Flexibility to work part-time during evening hours (10 pm - 11:30 pm IST) and on an hourly basis, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
