With your professional expertise, you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.
**Your mission**
- Replying customer support tickets from our regional cities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assist customer with issues face to face and able to work in shift if required
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
**Your profile**
- Have a Team Player mentality as well as being able to work independently
- Have a very good command of spoken and written **English and Hindi**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sector 63, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Hindi (preferred)
