We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate shadow teacher to provide support to a special needs student. As a shadow teacher, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the student's integration into the classroom environment and ensuring his/her academic and social success.

**Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the special needs student to provide individualized academic assistance and behavioral support throughout the school day.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement strategies that promote the student's active participation in classroom activities and foster a positive learning experience.

Assist in the modification and adaptation of curriculum materials to meet the student's specific educational needs and goals.

Monitor the student's behavior and provide guidance to encourage appropriate social interactions and positive communication with peers and teachers.

Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school administrators to provide updates on the student's progress and address any concerns or challenges.

Maintain a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes the student's overall well-being and academic growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Prior experience working with special needs students.
- Freshers with passion for working with International Schools can also apply.
- Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build a trusting relationship with the student.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the student's changing needs throughout the school day.

*Timing - 8:30 Am to 1:00 Pm./ 8:30 Am to 3:00 Pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time/ Full Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 05Hrs per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
