**Job Title**: Legal Executive
**Location**: Vile Parle, Mumbai
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Preferred Gender**: Female
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing legal documents
**Education**: Minimum Degree qualification in Law is mandatory

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal correspondence.
- Assist in managing the company’s legal documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide support in handling legal queries and matters related to contracts, agreements, and statutory obligations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation, dispute resolution, or compliance matters as necessary.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of legal documents and records.
- Keep updated on legal developments that may impact the organization and advise accordingly.
- Assist with legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet legal needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing legal documents and handling legal matters.
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze legal documents thoroughly.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in legal research and knowledge of contract law.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams when needed.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) at the Vile Parle location.
