Legal executive responsibilities include ,oversee the legal aspects of our business. Safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.
**Work Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 4-5 Years
**Education Requirements**
- LLB & Company Secretary'
**Skill Set Requirements**
Effective Communication skills, document & Agreement drafting, reading and analytical skills, research skills, MS Office, professional skepticism.
**Languages**
English, hindi, local language
**Responsibility with Corporate Objective**
- Giving accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics
- Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Collecting Legal Documents (Copyright and Trade Mark Certificates). Co ordinating with external agencies.
- Having past experience/ working knowledge in relation to due diligence, patents and infringement of patents related litigation, Merger & Acquisition
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
