Job Title: Legal Executive

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents including property agreements, sale deeds, and business contracts.
- Handle legal correspondence with clients, building societies, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Draft and revise legal letters, agreements, and contracts tailored to the import and export industry.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal professionals to ensure compliance.
- follow up on legal matters and cases.
- Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation processes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role,
- Educational background in Law (LLB or equivalent degree).
- Strong understanding of business contracts, property law, trade regulations, and legal documentation.
- Experience in handling legal matters.
- Excellent command over English, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
