**Responsibilities**:

- Vetting, execution and data maintenance of all agreements of the Company including subsidiary and Entry of executed copy of document into Company’s repository system.
- Handling of Civil, Criminal and Consumer cases, IPR, and legal notices of the Company including subsidiary.
- Legal agreement drafting and proofreading with Key Account Managers.
- Drafting of Non-Disclosure agreements between two parties and for designated persons of the company, Memorandum of Understanding, Affidavit cum declaration in the litigation matters of the company.
- Drafting of Franchise Agreements, Shop in Shop Agreements, and Termination Letters including sub-lease agreement for FSSAI license with respect to the company. Demand Notice, filing of recovery suit on behalf of company
- Liasoning with the sales agent, commercial agents for briefing and to understand the transactions
- Liaise with other teams to coordinate for various corporate reports and submit the same for Board meetings.
- Circulation of MIS and Data and Data management system updating
- Maintain MIS of all the cases ( Litigation & Non-litigation) and update on regular basis
- Compliance and Legal Research on latest E-commerce guidelines, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, labor Codes, Scrapping Policy and preparing notes on opinion on Legal Solicitors.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
