**Industry: Hotel Industry**

Legal Management: Oversee and manage all legal matters related to the company's operations within the hotel industry.

Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between the company and senior management, ensuring clear and effective communication on legal issues.

Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, contracts, and documents, including supplier agreements, lease agreements, and compliance documents.

Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records in a systematic manner.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on legal matters and updates to senior management.

Trademark: Should have basic knowledge of Trademark.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with submitting tender bids, managing legal cases and notices, addressing consumer issues, and handling other compliance matters as directed by management.
- Providing **Compliance Support** to the Head Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, including but not limited to:

- Support in organizing and preparing for Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of annual, quarterly, and half-yearly compliance obligations.
- Assist with event-based compliance requirements.
- Provide general secretarial support as needed to assist the Head Company Secretary.

**Eligible Qualifications**:

- LLB (Must)
- Pursuing CS (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal work.

**Additional Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Location**: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
