**Job Title**: Legal Compliance Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation**:

- Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary legal and compliance-related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- **DLT Compliance**:

- Monitor and manage compliance with DLT regulations and guidelines.
- Handle the registration and verification process on the DLT platform for SMS and telecommunication communications.
- **TRAI Guidelines**:

- Stay updated with TRAI regulations and ensure company practices align with its standards.
- Manage regulatory reporting and ensure timely submissions to TRAI.
- **Legal Compliance**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies to meet legal standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify compliance risks and address them proactively.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless compliance processes.
- Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Educate internal teams on compliance requirements, legal obligations, and regulatory updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal compliance, preferably in the technology or telecommunication sector.
- Familiarity with DLT and TRAI regulations is a must.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
