**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Identify and engage with shipping companies, marine operators, and other stakeholders to assess their communication and navigation needs.
- Provide technical advice and recommend appropriate **Navcom**, **Satcom**, and **VSAT** solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business development.
- Coordinate sales processes, including product demonstrations, quotations, and closing deals.

**Service Coordination**:

- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely response to technical issues.
- Perform routine checks on systems to ensure optimal performance and address any client concerns.
- Prepare technical reports and provide updates on service activities to clients and management.

**Product Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in **Navcom**, **Satcom**, and **VSAT** technologies.
- Provide training and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the solutions in use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues both remotely and on-site.

**Technical Support**:

- Offer after-sales technical support, resolving client queries and issues regarding products.
- Monitor service performance and assist with troubleshooting for any hardware or software failures in **Navcom**, **Satcom**, and **VSAT** systems.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales/service coordination, specifically in the maritime industry with **Navcom**, **Satcom**, and **VSAT** systems.
- Hands-on experience working with technical IT products used in marine vessels, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to assess customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions for marine communication and navigation needs.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of **Navcom**, **Satcom**, and **VSAT** technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification or training in relevant technologies such as **VSAT** systems, **Navcom**, or marine communication equipment (preferred).

**Additional**:

- Willingness to travel frequently to visit client sites, shipping companies, and marine vessels.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
