The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the service team, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing schedules, assisting with operations, and supporting the sales team in meeting client expectations and targets.Job Description :1. Relationship Management and Promotion of Product & Services to existing and new clients.2. Frequent Visits to existing and new Client offices for meeting Vessel Managers and Purchase dept.3. Coordination for RFQs received from clients for Quotation, arrangements and delivery for Supply and Services.4. Relationship Management with existing Service Partners and build new partners around the world.5. Coordination for Jobs being carried out overseas and timely update to Vessel Managers.6. Regular Updates from onboard engineers for keeping office internally advised.7. Closing the RFQs by sending Invoices and Service reports on time.Location : Belapur, Navi MumbaiRequirement : ImmediateSalary Range : Depending on Work experience and suitability for the Job
