**Salary : Rs. 8,000/- to 20,000/-**

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive in the healthcare sector is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, enhance brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create annual and quarterly marketing plans.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communication channels.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient loyalty.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute promotional events, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and stakeholder engagement for events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of events and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

- **Should have two wheeler & valid driving license.**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Willingness to travel for events and meetings.
