Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Talk to various clients for business deals

- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on marketing performance and recommended actions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and requirements.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Also need to deal the clients and get amount of sale for the company

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
