Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Creating BOQ
- Manage & handle costings
- Proposing and presenting quotations and Proforma Invoices
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending proposals
- Responsible for colour shade cards samples and mockups (Soft copy and hard copy)
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Visiting jobs sites for understanding drawings

**Desired Skills**
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT), CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Required Qualification and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration.
- 2+ years of sales experience from the building product industry ( Such as False Flooring s & False Ceilings)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
