**Job Description: In Room Dining (IRD) Attendant**
- **Position Overview**:_

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented In Room Dining (IRD) Attendant to join our team. The IRD Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in their rooms or suites. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Set up and present food and beverages in an appealing and attractive manner, paying attention to quality and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary requirements.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD service area, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
