Job Title: Food Server at True Fit Gourmet Cafe, Bandra

Position Summary:
True Fit Gourmet Cafe in Bandra is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Server to join our team. The Food Server will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Present menus and answer questions about menu items.

3. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

4. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner as per brand standards.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the dining experience.

6. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue.

7. Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism.

8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

9. Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area before and after service.

10. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.

11. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

12. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a food server or in a customer service role preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.

5. Basic math skills for processing payments.

6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
