Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and offer detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently and according to service standards.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and work areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant area, including restocking supplies.
- Recommend specials, drinks, and upsell food items to increase average guest check.
- Stay updated on menu changes and promotions to effectively communicate them to guests.

Requisites:

- Should have good communication skills and pleasing personality.
- Location: Jio World Drive Mall, BKC Mumbai.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
