Job Description: Waiter/Server at a Burger Restaurant Position: Waiter/Server Location: Kalyani Nagar Reports To: Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Waiter/Server you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a high level of service during their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. You will also work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and seat them in available sections. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure all food orders are correct and meet restaurant standards before serving. Provide recommendations on the menu and upsell items when appropriate. Check in with customers during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a friendly and professional manner. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Reset tables after each customer and prepare them for new guests. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any daily specials or promotions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player. Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or objects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Benefits:
